Crispy potatoes loaded with all the good stuff. Juicy chicken, smoky bacon, sweet tomatoes, and pesto come together with melty cheese for an easy, flavour-packed meal.

Made in the air fryer, it’s a simple, satisfying dish that’s perfect for sharing. 🥔✨

Instructions

  1. Chop your potatoes into 2cm cubes, drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of salt, then air fry at 200°C for 20 minutes, giving them a shake halfway through.
  2. Season your diced chicken with salt and pepper and place in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 mins on 180C. Add your bacon and tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Toss in your pesto and stir to coat everything.
  4. Pop your crispy potatoes over the top.
  5. Sprinkle on the cheese, then pop back in your air fryer for 5 minutes until everything is golden and bubbly.
  6. Scoop it onto plates and watch the whole family dive in!
