A simple, five-ingredient favourite that delivers big flavour. These juicy meatballs are baked in a rich tomato passata with creamy feta for an easy, comforting meal.
Perfect served with crusty bread to soak up all that delicious sauce. 🍝✨

- Cut a quarter of the French stick and break it into small pieces. Place in a bowl, pour over half a cup of water and soak for a few minutes.
- Mash the bread, then add feta, mince, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour passata and half a bottle of water into an ovenproof pan.
- Rip in basil leaves, add salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Roll the mince mixture into meatballs and place them into the sauce.
- Pop the lid on and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Slice the remaining breadstick, add olive oil, sprinkle with salt and bake at 200C until golden.
- Serve with crispy bread and plenty of the sauce.
