A simple, five-ingredient favourite that delivers big flavour. These juicy meatballs are baked in a rich tomato passata with creamy feta for an easy, comforting meal.

Perfect served with crusty bread to soak up all that delicious sauce. 🍝✨

  1. Cut a quarter of the French stick and break it into small pieces. Place in a bowl, pour over half a cup of water and soak for a few minutes.
  2. Mash the bread, then add feta, mince, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour passata and half a bottle of water into an ovenproof pan.
  4. Rip in basil leaves, add salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
  5. Roll the mince mixture into meatballs and place them into the sauce.
  6. Pop the lid on and cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
  7. Slice the remaining breadstick, add olive oil, sprinkle with salt and bake at 200C until golden.
  8. Serve with crispy bread and plenty of the sauce.
