A budget-friendly twist on sushi flavours, made simple. These crispy salmon patties combine pantry staples with nori and rice for a light, satisfying bite.
Quick to cook in the air fryer, they’re an easy way to turn everyday ingredients into something a little different. 🍣✨

- In a bowl, mix together drained salmon, sliced green onions and 3 crushed Nori sheets in a bowl.
- Cook the rice as per packet instructions.
- Add beef stock powder and mayonnaise to the bowl and mix well.
- When combined, roll the mixture into 8 individual patties.
- Place foil on your board to make a crumbing station, cracking eggs into a bowl and whisk.
- Pour your flour onto one side of the foil and your breadcrumbs on the other side of the foil.
- Roll your patties in flour, then dip into your egg, then roll in panko.
- Create a well in the middle of the foil for your eggs and roll it up to avoid a messy clean up.
- Place a disposable liner in the air fryer, placing the 8 balls in an air fry for 12 mins on 200C, flipping half-way through.
- Serve on a plate with a squeeze of lemon.
