- In an oven safe pot, pour red wine, water, tomato paste, garlic, beef stock powder and corn flour and whisk until combined.
- Add gravy beef and season with olive oil and salt and pepper and place the beef into the pot.
- Pour bite size pieces of carrot and celery into the pot and arrange around the beef.
- Chop potatoes into quarters and place around the beef.
- Pop the lid on and cook in the oven at 160c for 2.5-3 hours.
- Remove from the oven, shred the beef and stir it through the gravy and vegetables. Serve hot and enjoy. (Serving suggestion: some bread to slop up the gravy).
