- Start by giving those lamb chops some serious flavour! In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, ginger, red chilli powder, cumin, cloves, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. It's a spice party, and your lamb’s invited!
- Add lamb chops to our spicy, tangy marinade and give them a good massage. Make sure every bit of those chops is coated in that deliciousness, get your hands in there and make it count!
- Now, let’s build the base. Place the sliced red onions in the bottom of your slow cooker and pour over the water. The onions are going to cook down and get all soft and sweet, soaking up all those lamb juices.
- Lay your marinated lamb chops right on top of the onions. They’re going to sit there and slowly cook to tender perfection, soaking in all that amazing flavour.
